Manthan Institute – Admission, Fee & Refund Policy

1. Admission Confirmation

Admission shall be confirmed only after submission of the prescribed admission form, required documents, and payment of the applicable registration/admission fee.

2. Registration / Admission Fee

A one-time Registration / Admission Fee is payable at the time of enrollment to reserve the student’s seat and complete administrative formalities.

3. Non-Refundable Charges

The Registration / Admission Fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
* voluntary withdrawal by the student,
* discontinuation of classes,
* change of mind,
* transfer to another institute,
* irregular attendance, or
* non-use of services after admission.

4. Tuition Fee

Tuition fee is separate from Registration / Admission Fee and shall be payable as per the fee schedule communicated by the institute.

5. Refund of Tuition Fee

Any request for refund of tuition fee, if applicable, shall be considered only as per the institute’s written policy and management approval. Charges for classes attended, study material issued, taxes, and administrative expenses may be deducted.

6. Batch / Seat Reservation

A seat once reserved for a student may result in denial of admission to another applicant. Therefore, registration charges are non-refundable.

7. Attendance After Admission

Permission to attend classes shall be treated as commencement of academic services after admission formalities are completed.

8. Discipline & Conduct

Students are expected to maintain discipline and decorum. The institute reserves the right to suspend/cancel admission for misconduct, indiscipline, or violation of rules. Fees paid shall be governed by this policy.

9. Changes in Schedule / Faculty

The institute may change batch timing, faculty allocation, classroom, syllabus plan, or schedule due to administrative or academic reasons without creating refund liability.

10. Force Majeure

In case of events beyond control (natural calamity, government orders, technical disruptions, pandemic, etc.), classes may be shifted online/offline/rescheduled. No refund claim shall arise solely on this basis.

11. Acceptance of Policy

Payment of any fee and/or attending classes shall constitute acceptance of this policy by the student and parent/guardian.

12. Jurisdiction

Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located at Kurukshetra only.
